Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged (or defective / incorrect through our fault). Because of payment fees and handling, we do not accept unused, change-of-mind, or buyer’s-remorse returns.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact the workshop within seven days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the piece and packaging. We will make it right.

Hand-printed finish

Each item is individually hand printed; slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. Colors may not match your screen exactly. These normal variations are not defects and are not grounds for a return.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Oversize commissions

Oversize commissions are built to order and become non-refundable once production begins after your confirmation.
