Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these characteristics.
6. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
Payment must be received in full before production or shipment
Orders may be refused or canceled due to errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Oddball Mini does not store full payment card details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of many products:
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage upon arrival
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged

3D-printed color and finish variations
Each item is individually 3D printed and hand finished. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur. These normal manufacturing characteristics are not defects.
Colors may not match your screen exactly because displays, lighting, materials, and finishing vary.
